The butterfly  heaven

The next point of our trip was the butterfly haven, located in El Valle, here we had learned about how do the butterflies classified, how do their colors can be varied and visible, how many butterflies can we found in Panama and even what is the real role or value they had to our environment.

About Butterflies

First of all the butterflies can be classified in diurnal and nocturnal. The diurnals make their caterpillars by their own skin, and the nocturnal make them from other elements of the environment. The butterflies have 24000 eyes. They like the fermented nectar of the fruit, with front legs they will verify the taste, with their antennas they will smell and with their spirit they will suppress it. The colors of their wings al visible just when the light reflect it, and the tissues of those are like scales, but these kinds of tissue couldn't reborn when it break, that why we don't have to touch it when they are exiting from the pupa (or chrysalis). The butterflies are the only animal that complete the 4 steps of the cycle of metamorphosis.
